  • Driver Referral Bonus: Once you choose to come aboard with Schilli Specialized Inc., we're so sure that you will love it, that we'll pay you to tell others about us!!! If you refer another driver, once they are employed 30 days, you will receive $.01/mile on every mile that they run in a year. (If the average driver runs 115,000 miles per year, this would equate to $1,150 to you, the referring driver). There is no limit to the number of drivers you can recruit, so the payoff is unlimited.

  • Performance Bonus: The Schilli Specialized Safety Awards program is designed to reward those drivers who operate their equipment safely and claim free during a quarter. Safe productive drivers must drive 20,000 miles in each 13-week period while meeting the criterial listed below. Provided minimum criteria have been met, the driver will receive 2 cents per each mile driven in the applicable 13 week period.

    • Minimum Safety/Performance Criteria:

      • 1. A driver must operate his/her equipment with no preventable accidents/incidents during a qualifying quarter. Cost or damage cannot exceed $100.00

      • 2. A driver must pick-up/deliver/ and transport freight so as to not have any preventable freight claims or cargo damage. Total cost cannot exceed $100.00

      • 3. A driver must not lose workdays Monday-Friday, excluding holidays due to an injury sustained on the job during a qualifying quarter.

      • 4. Drivers must submit all original paperwork, logs, fuel receipts, reimbursements, within 7 days of delivery.

      • 5. A driver must discuss and have approved by his/her Driver Manager, where the driver will park his/her truck when at home to insure reasonable precautions are taken to protect the unit and equipment.

      • 6. A driver must discuss using his/her tractor beyond his/her normal dispatch with his Driver Manager, prior to doing so.

      • 7. All scheduled tractor maintenance must be completed on time.

      • 8. Drivers may not bypass bulk fuel locations, or have unauthorized fuel stops.

      • 9. Drivers must be actively working for Schilli Specialized at the time the Safety Awards are sent.

    BENEFIT PROFILE

    Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the benefit programs. Health, dental, vision insurance coverage as well as participation in the 401(k) program are available the first of the month following your first ninety days of continuous employment.

    Health Insurance

    Single coverage employee contribution: $34.00/week
    $1,500 Annual Deductible

    Family coverage employee contribution: $97.00/week
    $1,500 per member Annual Deductible not to exceed $3,000 per family

    Coinsurance: 80% after deductible has been met
    Office Visit Co-Pay: $25
    Urgent Care Co-Pay: $50
    Emergency Room Co-Pay: $250 (waived if admitted to hospital)

    *Non-tobacco user discount: $3 per week for single coverage: $6 week for family coverage (if everyone covered is a non-tobacco user).

    Prescription

    Co-pay Structure

    Tier 1: 25% with minimum $10/ Tier 2: 25% with minimum $25/ Tier 3: 25% with minimum $50

    Caremark by Mail program
    Order a 90 day supply of prescriptions and receive at a discounted rate.

    Dental Insurance

    $50 deductible, $500 maximum per member per calendar year

    Discounted vision will cover office visits for $25 co-pay for in network providers. Frames, lenses, and contacts are offered at discounted rates with these providers as well.

    Life Insurance

    Group term life insurance is included for participants of the health plan.
