Mileage Rates:

• Starting Pay $.30/mile

• 6 Months $.31/mile

• 1 Year $.32/mile

• 2 Years $.33/mile

• 3 Years $.34/mile

• 4 Years $.35/mile

• 5 Years $.36/mile

Short-Haul Pay: These rates take precedence on loads with shorter length of haul to fairly compensate the driver. The rates listed below apply to all loaded miles on loads delivered by the driver:

• Loaded HHG Miles

• 0 - 75 $.55/mile with a minimum of $35.00

• 76 - 150 $.40/mile with a minimum of $45.00

• 151 - 225 $.36/mile with a minimum of $60.00

• All loads over 225 miles are subject to a minimum of $75.00
